We are Tina and Lizzie. Our longstanding kitchen sisterhood kicked in more than a decade ago and has seen us collaborating with  pop up dining experiences, private dinners and a melee of large scale events. Constantly sharing a table, talking all things food, devising new menus, eating and inventing.

In our home town Brighton, Tina or Cantina Brighton as most know her is the local pioneer of the supper club scene, hosting from her beachside home for over a decade, her evenings were part of a growing Brighton food scene. She delivers cookery lessons with an emphasis on bold flavours and eye catching presentation, creates menus and builds food concepts in a consultancy capacity, cooks lunches, brunches, weddings and dinners. Tina is an all round culinary hand holder.

Lizzie spent over 10 years living in Europe and Australia, travelling on the global road working with the Ferrari Formula1 team with Michael Schumacher, and the Moto GP circuits. Returning home with instinctive influences, the following decade was spent juggling family life with corporate hospitality in London. Yolk Contemporary Catering was hatched after lots of clients wanted Lizzie’s inventive, flavour led menus. Her years of working in challenging kitchen setups has crowned her the Queen of forward planning, super organised with a massive can do approach.
